THE PROMOTER
a. The Promoter is Greystar Europe Holdings Limited of 15 Finsbury Circus House, Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB (the ‘Promoter’).
TERMS
a. These standard terms and conditions (‘Terms’) constitute the entire agreement between a Resident and the Promoter with respect to the matters set forth herein, and no oral statements or prior written matter not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force or effect at the time of entering the Promotion and/or redeeming the Reward.
b. These Terms apply to the Promotion and by submitting an Entry you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
PROMOTION PERIOD
a. The Promotion shall open at 10:30 AM 11 June 2024 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 11:30 PM on 31 December 2024 (the ‘Closing Date’). We reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
b. To enter the Promotion and to be eligible for a Reward, you must have completed and/ or met all seven (7) requirements at section 4 a below as determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter by the Closing Date.
(‘Entry’ and ‘Entries’ shall have the same meaning).
c. All Entries (i) received after the Closing Date, and/ or (ii) that do not meet all Eligibility Requirements are automatically disqualified.
d. The Promoter will not accept:
i. responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of Entry to the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
a. The Promotion is open to people who have completed and met all the below seven (7) requirements (‘Eligibility Requirements’):
i. Have submitted an enquiry /offer form at the participating Bloom Nine Elms property for the ‘tenancy period date’ or minimum of 12 months contract before the Closing Date; and
ii. Have received a written acceptance of your offer form from the leasing team,
iii. Paid your £400 Holding commitment on standard apartments
iv. Be aged 18 or over
v. If referencing criteria is not met and passed then we reserve the right to decline the offer
vi. All applicants need to pass eligibility criteria and demonstrate that their employment income is at least 2.66 times the annual rent amount. This promotion is not available to applicants who rely on guarantor income to meet the eligibility criteria.
vii. Contract start date needs to be no later than 90 days from the offer submission date. (‘Resident’ and ‘Residents’ shall have the same meaning).
b. Any terms not defined in these Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in your Tenancy Letter and Tenancy Agreement.
c. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Reward.
d. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
e. There is a limit of one Entry to the Promotion, per apartment. Entries on behalf of another person or apartment will not be accepted. The Resident cannot use this Reward offer in conjunction with other offers.
f. If the Resident books a different room type but are subsequently upgraded to a qualifying room type, the Resident will not qualify for this Reward.
g. When reserving your home over a virtual tour, a full refund can be granted when written cancellation is received within 24 hours of first viewing the apartment in person. For the avoidance of doubt, the Holding commitment is not refundable after 72 hours pass (excluding the above-mentioned scenario), even where the Resident has not collected their Reward. Any refund of the Holding commitment is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Should the resident wish to terminate the contract earlier than the contract end date, any rewards will need to be paid back in full.
THE PROMOTION
a. Residents who submit an offer form for a standard studio, one- or three-bedroom apartment (excludes DMR apartments) before the Closing Date will be eligible for two weeks concession for their first 12-month contract to be allocated as follows: one week off at the third calendar month of the contract and one week off at the eighth calendar month of the contract. A minimum 12-month contract applies for all offers for a studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment. Referred to as the ‘Reward’.
i. Promo code '2WEEKSRENT' can be applied when booking online to redeem the reward.
b. Residents who submit an offer form for a two-bedroom apartment (excludes DMR apartments) before the Closing Date will be eligible for four weeks concession for their first 12-month contract to be allocated as follows: two weeks off at the second calendar month of the contract and two weeks off at the seventh calendar month of the contract. A minimum 12-month contract applies for all offers for a studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment. Referred to as the ‘Reward’
i. Promo code 'PROMO4WEEKS' can be applied when booking online to redeem the reward.
c. Residents who are eligible are responsible for all other costs and arrangements associated with their Tenancy Agreement, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.

The 2 weeks free offer is extended to three bedroom apartments. DMR discounted units are not eligible.
ANNOUNCEMENT
a. The Residents who have successfully submitted an Entry will be contacted by the Promoter within 48 working hours using the telephone number or email address provided with the Offer form. The Promoter will clearly advise how to claim this offer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Resident and/ or entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion and/ Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
b. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion, including as a result of any entrant being rewarded or not rewarded with a Reward.
GENERAL
a. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any Entry and/ or Resident if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these Terms or any applicable law. Each Resident acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with these Terms could lead to the Promoter disqualifying that person, without the Promoter giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
b. The Promoter reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or Terms without notice and at its sole discretion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for any event that is outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any changes to these Terms, or cancellation of the Promotion, will be posted on the Promoter’s website https://bloom-nineelms.co.uk/. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to these Terms.
c. This Promotion is subject to limited availability and will be available on a first come first served basis. The Rewards are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
d. The reward cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
e. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
f. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

1. THE PROMOTER
a. The Promoter is Greystar Europe Holdings Limited of 15 Finsbury Circus House, Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB (the ‘Promoter’).
2. TERMS
a. These standard terms and conditions (‘Terms’) constitute the entire agreement between a Referrer and/ Referred Friend and the Promoter with respect to the matters set forth herein, and no oral statements or prior written matter not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force or effect at the time of entering the Promotion and/or redeeming the Reward.
b. These Terms apply to the Promotion and by making a Qualifying Referral you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
a. The Promotion shall open at 9:00 on 10th November 2023 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 23:59 on 31 December 2024 (the ‘Closing Date’).
b. All Entries (i) received after the Closing Date, and/ or (ii) that do not meet all Eligibility Requirements are automatically disqualified.
c. For the avoidance of doubt the Reward is not redeemable in respect of any other property owned or managed by the Promoter.
d. The Promoter will not accept:
Responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of Qualifying Referral to the Promotion.
4. ELIGIBILITY
a. For both the Referee and Referrer to qualify for the Reward, the Referrer must have notified the team at Bloom in writing of the referral, and also meet the following criteria (“Qualifying Referral”): –
i. “Referrer”: A Referrer is a resident of Bloom who has an active 12-month tenancy agreement with Bloom. When exercising break clause prior to 12 months anniversary of the AST, full concession will be required to be paid back prior to move out.
ii. Has referred a Referred Friend by passing the referral to the team at Bloom.
b. “Referred Friend”
a. The Referred Friend must
i. Enter into a Tenancy Agreement with the Promoter at Bloom for a minimum 12 month tenancy. When exercising break clause prior to 12 months anniversary of the AST, full concession will be required to be paid back prior to move out.
ii. Complete all associated paperwork and pass any checks required by the Promoter and
iii. Pay their Rent and deposit in line with the AST.
iv. Moved into Bloom
c. Any terms not defined in these Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in you contract with Bloom
d. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Reward.
e. By making a Qualifying Referral, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
f. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible for the Reward, and by applying for the Reward, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
g. There is a limit of one (1) Reward for the qualifying Referral and the qualifying referrer. Referrals on behalf of another person and/ or Referrer will not be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, the Incentive will only be given to the person named on the Tenancy Agreement.
5. THE PROMOTION
a. The Referrer who submits a Qualifying Referral before the Closing Date will be eligible for a £500 rent credit.
b. The Referred Friend who signs a qualifying lease and meets the eligibility criteria set out will also be eligible for a £500 rent credit.
c. This will be given to both the Referrer and Referred Friend as a reduction off the monthly rent, the month following the move-in of the Referred Friend.
d. Referrers that are eligible are responsible for all other costs and arrangements associated with their Tenancy Agreement, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
6. PARTICIPATING PROPERTIES

7. ANNOUNCEMENT
a. The Referrer who has successfully submitted a Qualifying Referral will be contacted by the Promoter within one month of their Referred Friend moving into the Property. The Promotor will clearly advise both parties how to claim this offer.
b. Referrers and Referred Friends will have 7 days from being notified to claim their Reward. If either party have not claimed their Reward within this period, the respective party loses their right to claim their Reward.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Referrer and/ or entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion and/ Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. 9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
a. You agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the same and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
b. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
c. By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Qualifying Referral may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Promotion.
