• Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor’s income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they must be based in the U.K.

• Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation
• All documentation must be provided within 48 hours of making a reservation
• To confirm the reservation, a payment equal to one week's rent will be due on the day of application as a holding commitment.
