Discount Market Rent (DMR) is an initiative that allows Greystar to offer our high-style apartments to rent at a discount to the market price. Bloom Nine Elms offers a number of one, two, and three- bedroom apartments at Discount Market Rent (DMR). Our DMR homes offer the same premium quality living space and experience – with access to all onsite amenities – as our market rent apartments. So everyone is part of the Bloom Nine Elms community.

The qualifying applicant must complete our referencing process and meet Wandsworth Council’s affordability criteria. Priority will also be given to those already living in the London borough of Wandsworth. Those renting through DMR at Bloom Nine Elms will enjoy all the perks of premium living in our community.
All standard affordability criteria apply across Bloom Nine Elms. Anyone interested will need to apply with Wandsworth Council using the application form linked below. When completing the form, applicants should tick “Intermediate rent” in Section 8.
After completing the application and sharing it with Wandsworth Council, you will receive a reference number which you will use when making an enquiry to live at Bloom Nine Elms.
