Christmas at Battersea Power Station
A series of Christmas markets have popped up at the iconic Battersea Power Station. Perfect for ticking off your Christmas gift list, the markets offer the perfect opportunity to support local, independent curators. From jewellery to homeware, shoppers will be in for a festive treat. Moments from Bloom, the markets are running up until the 22nd of December.
For those looking to put their balance to the test (are the Pilates classes paying off?), London’s only riverside ice rink, Glide, has returned to the Power Station. Home to an impressive 30ft Christmas tree, a session on the ice is sure to get you in the festive spirit. Be sure to stop for a mulled wine at The Glass House bar and take a spin on the vintage-style fairground rides – or why not hire an igloo with your pals and enjoy a glass of champers while you’re at it?
Christmas Flower Arrangement Workshop, Moyses Stevens
Unleash your creativity and take some tips from floristry experts at Moyses Stevens this December. The world-famous luxury florist is hosting a range of workshops throughout the festive period at their Battersea flower school, just a fifteen-minute walk from Bloom. Christmas Eve Lunch at Darby’s
A Nine Elms gem, Darby’s is the perfect spot to eat, drink and be merry. Pop down this December and sample their seasonal menu in a NYC-inspired setting. Even better, this Christmas Eve, Darby’s are open for a festive Sunday session – ideal for celebrating ahead of the main event, there will even be live jazz and blues from TJ Johnson and Meg Cavanaugh. Less than a ten-minute walk from Bloom, it’s the ideal spot for a festive treat.
Bloom’s Christmas Themed Casino Night
Celebrate Christmas with your fellow residents during an exclusive Christmas casino night here at Bloom. Get dressed up in your best outfit, try your hand at blackjack, and be ready to dance the night away with an evening of glitter and glam. Attendees should also come prepared to win some special prizes – all will be revealed on the night! Our Christmas themed casino night takes place on the 14th of December. Be sure to book your space through the resident app.
Christmas Events at Bloom
Our glamourous Christmas casino night isn’t the only resident event we are holding this festive season at Bloom. Throughout the month we will be holding a Christmas candle making workshop as well as a bauble ‘sip and paint’ session. Residents interested in these events can book their place through the resident app. We are also holding two Christmas food markets outside Bloom on the 2nd and 16th December, between 12pm and 4pm. Make sure to pop along for some tasty treats!
