2024: A Year in Bloom

Here at Bloom Nine Elms, 2024 has seen plenty of unforgettable moments.

At the beginning of the year, we officially unveiled our second building, Bloom West, and the space has quickly become a hub of activity. We’ve celebrated community in style with summer parties and intimate music nights. We even had a proposal (they said yes)! We’re proud to be offering not only homes, but a welcoming community in a vibrant and emerging part of London. Over the course of the year, hundreds of you have made Bloom your home and helped create a thriving and growing community – including the 99 four-legged residents who moved in this year.

We made lots of new friends, too. Toby Corban paid us a visit and Tola Ojuolape unveiled her beautiful show home in Bloom East. We also launched our new state of the art fitness studio in Bloom West, with the help of Christina Okenla and some very special guests. It’s safe to say, 2024 has been one for the books.

Resident events ran throughout the year, including a well-attended summer party in early September. 2024 saw 200 hours spent poolside by our residents, helped by the opening of our second rooftop pool at Bloom West. Summer was certainly done right here in Nine Elms.

As we move closer to the end of the year, we celebrated the festive period in true Bloom fashion, with a magical Christmas market earlier this month. Tasty bratwurst, mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies, and churros were on offer to not only Bloom residents, but the local neighbourhood, too. There was no shortage of seasonal cheer, and even our four-legged Bloom fans joined the fun.

As we step into the new year, we’re filled with excitement for what’s to come. Thank you to everyone who made 2024 such a special year at Bloom Nine Elms. Here's to even more memories, milestones, and moments together in the year ahead.
